All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the full amount of your order using the original payment method.
2. Place of delivery
Items offered on our website are available for delivery to worldwide addresses except Brazil.
3. Delivery time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order has been placed. Delivery times are estimated and start from the shipping date, not the order date. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5 business days (United States) or up to 10-15 business days (worldwide shipping) from the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
Delivery date may vary due to carrier's shipping practices, delivery location, delivery method and items ordered. Products can also be delivered in separate shipments.

5. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are based on your order weight and delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, just add the items you want to buy to the cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once on the checkout screen, shipping fees will be displayed.
Additional shipping fees may apply for remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be notified of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
6. Customs fees
Depending on the country's import laws, packages may be charged for import or customs fees. Any customs or import duties are charged once the package arrives in the destination country. As we have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be, any additional customs clearance charges will have to be borne by the recipient. For more information, please contact your local customs office as customs policies vary from country to country. We do not refund money for goods sent that for any reason are not accepted by customs in the country of destination.

9. Returns
We accept returns and offer 100% refunds if issued within 7 days of order delivery.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at order@makebeautyinternational.com with product and defect details.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will examine it thoroughly and notify you by email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will either replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original payment method.
Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the order product during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
