SECTION 22 — HYBRID PRODUCT DELIVERY POLICY (DIGITAL + PHYSICAL)

22.1 — Nature of Hybrid Products
Hybrid Products include a physical item and an accompanying digital component (courses, certificates, manuals, or any digital content).
The digital component is considered the primary value portion of the purchase.

22.2 — Immediate Digital Delivery & Irrevocability
Upon successful payment, the digital component is automatically delivered via email or access link.
Digital content is non-refundable, irrevocable, and considered benefit received immediately.

The customer acknowledges that accessing, downloading, or receiving the digital component constitutes partial fulfillment of the contract.

22.3 — Physical Delivery Timeline
Due to international logistics, inspections, and carrier availability, Make Beauty International may take up to 120 business days to complete physical shipment.
By completing the purchase, the customer expressly agrees to this extended timeframe.

Customs delays do not qualify as grounds for refund, cancellation, or chargeback.

22.4 — Chargeback Misuse
Initiating disputes inconsistent with these Terms—including claims of non-receipt before the maximum delivery window or after digital components have been delivered—constitutes misuse of the dispute process.

Make Beauty International will provide digital delivery logs, customer access records, and contractual acceptance to the payment processor to resolve disputes.

22.5 — Consent at Checkout
Before completing the purchase, the customer confirms that:

• they understand the Hybrid nature of the product;

• they accept immediate digital delivery;

• they acknowledge that digital delivery makes the order non-refundable;

• they agree to the extended shipping window for the physical item.

Completing the order constitutes full acceptance of this Policy.
